1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Services Cooling Zone. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Our services are provided to you subject to your compliance with all the terms, conditions, and notices contained or referenced herein. 2. Services Overview
Services Cooling Zone provides professional home maintenance and shifting services including, but not limited to:
- Air Conditioning (AC) installation, repair, cleaning, and gas refilling.
- Geyser installation, repair, and maintenance (Gas & Electric).
- Packer & Mover services for residential and commercial relocation.
- Home & Office Shifting services within Islamabad and Rawalpindi.
3. Booking & Service Confirmation
Bookings can be made through our website form, WhatsApp, or direct phone call. A booking is considered confirmed only after our representative contacts you and provides a confirmation. We reserve the right to decline any service request based on availability or location.
4. Pricing & Payment
Standard service rates may be discussed over the phone; however, final prices are subject to change based on:
- The actual condition of the appliance or equipment.
- Additional spare parts or materials required for the repair.
- Complexity of the shifting or installation job.
Payment is due immediately upon completion of the service. We accept cash and digital bank transfers as agreed during booking.
5. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Customers may cancel or reschedule a booking by notifying us at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled visit. While we do not currently charge a cancellation fee, frequent last-minute cancellations may result in a refusal of future service requests.
6. Service Limitations & Liability Disclaimer
While we strive for excellence, Services Cooling Zone is not liable for:
- Pre-existing damage to appliances or property.
- Delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as traffic, weather, or equipment failure.
- Indirect or consequential loss resulting from service performance.
Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.
7. Customer Responsibilities
To ensure a smooth service experience, the customer is responsible for:
- Providing accurate address and contact information.
- Ensuring a person (aged 18+) is present at the location during the service visit.
- Securing valuable items during shifting or maintenance work.
- Providing necessary access to electricity and water required for the service.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The updated version will be posted on this page with the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
